All of our products are sold “As Is”. Any refunds for a returned item must be agreed upon by customer service team and will only be approved on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are not issued for returned items. To be eligible for a return you must return the unused item in the same condition that you received it, within 30 days of receiving it.
Refunds are not automatic upon canceling your subscription. We do not refund for unsatisfactory packages. If Culture Carton receives a returned package, the refund must have been agreed upon between customer service and the customer prior to return shipment. If Culture Carton receives a returned box with no previous agreement, the package will be sent back to customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or contact you by phone to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds will not include shipping cost.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Culture Carton is not reliable for any charges that are not shown on our billing system. If your bank statement is showing a charge that we do not see on our system, we are not held responsible for refunding those charges.
If a customer’s personal bank account has been over drafted or a bank incurs any type of fee for insufficient funds, Culture Carton is not responsible and will not refund any bank fees. This matter needs to be taken directly to the banking establishment.
